​AUGUST 14-16, 2026
Here are the Design Classes that align with our fair's theme. You can submit your entries on Wednesday, August 12, from 3 to 8 PM, or on Thursday, August 13, from 10 AM to 2 PM. Please note that intake will close at 2 PM as judging will commence shortly after. Our designs will be evaluated according to the NGC Handbook but the "fair theme" accounts for less then about 5 pts. You are allowed to enter one design in each of the six divisions, and you can encourage some youths to submit designs in their 2 divisions. Of course, Horticulture is always appreciated to make a great show!

Flowers & Plants – Department 409
Division 13: Artistic Designs Everyone is urged to enter designs. Flowers used do not have to be grown by exhibitor, but designs must be made by exhibitor. Accessories may be used in all lots. Maximum of 18” width in lots 1-6. Some fresh plant material must be used in all lots. No artificial plant material
Classes:   All      "FUTURE IN FULL BLOOM – Celebrating Our County’s Youth"
Class 1.             Petite Design – 8”. Designer’s choice of design type. Not to exceed 8” in height, width or depth. To be viewed at eye level
Class 2.             Petite Design -12”. Designer’s choice of design type. Not to exceed 12” in height, width or depth. To be viewed at eye level
Class 3.            Designers Choice of Design Type
Class 4.             All Fresh Design
Class 5.             Dish Garden Design
Class 6.              Decorative Wood Design
Youth – Department 410
Division 19 - Artistic Designs (Arrangements)
Designs are limited to 12” in width. Flowers used do not have to be grown by youth exhibitor but the design must be made by youth exhibitor. No artificial (plastic/silk/etc) plant material. Accessories may be used in all designs. Use your imagination to interpret the title of each lot.
